When will my order be shipped?

Spring orders can be shipped from March 1 st.

Autumn orders can be shipped from September 15th. 

When your order is finalized we will try to send it on your desired delivery date, but may be extended if we have a big number of orders to pack. This is most likely to happen the first few days when orders can be finalized and the last few days before the reservation times are running out. If the weather forecast says it will be colder than -15 degrees Celsius we don't send out packages at the end of the week to avoid packages being left on the trucks during the weekend. We also don't send packages to other countries during the end of the week for that same reason. All trucks and terminals are isolated and normally are above 0 degrees Celsius. 

What is the shipping fee?

Shipping and packaging is 69 SEK to DHL agent within Sweden. When checking out you get to choose which DHL agent your apckage should be delivered. Home delivery is possible within Sweden for 179 SEK. On orders over 1000 SEK you get free shipping to a DHL agent or home delivery for 100 SEK. 

Pick up an order in pick up locker at Magnolia in Nossebro

During check out you can choose pick up at Magnolia and there is no charge for packing or shipping. You will get an SMS or an e-mail when the order has been put in a pick up locker. The message has the number of the locker and the code for the padlock.

Pick up order at Magnolia during opening hours

This option is no longer available. Choose Pick up order in pick up locker instead and once youve picked up your order you are welcome in to our store if you come during our opening hours.

Deliveries outside of Sweden

For shipping to a country outside of Sweden please check the checkout for your current delivery price. The VAT will vary depending on the cpuntry where the order was made. VAT-free shipping to Åland. We ship to all countries within the EU. No deliveries outside the EU, not to Norway or England.
